Aidan Borland signs pro Villa contract

Scottish midfielder Aidan Borland has signed pro forms with Aston Villa.

Borland joined Villa last year from Celtic.

We are delighted to see Aidan sign his first professional contract," said Academy manager Mark Harrison to Villa's website. We've been really pleased with his progress which has seen him become a regular in our U21 team at the age of 16.

He is an intelligent, hard-working, technically efficient midfielder with the ability to score from long range.
