Browns QB Deshaun Watson has struggled since his return from suspension. But he finally started looking like his old self in the team's 24-10 win in Week 17.
Watson hopes his first game in 2023 is a sneak peek for what's to come next season for Cleveland.
"Today was a good day, especially to start 2023, and what the future's going to hold for the Cleveland Browns," Watson told reporters after the game.

He posted his best stat line of the season, passing for three touchdowns and zero interceptions. Watson has been slowly knocking off the rust and he seems to be getting his confidence back more and more every week.
"Each week has been an opportunity for me to build my confidence and get back in that rhythm," Watson added.

Watson's increased level of play has Cleveland fans excited in what has been a disappointing season for the organization.

The Browns still have one game left this season. They face the Steelers (8-8) in Week 18 and have an opportunity to keep them from the postseason with a win.
For a team eliminated from the playoffs, keeping a divisional rival from making the postseason would be the perfect stamp to the season.
