The Las Vegas Raiders have an obvious need at both right tackle and right guard. They let both Jermaine Eluemunor and Greg Van Roten walk, even though GVR is still available. They will either draft both positions and expect both rookies to play or draft one rookie and sign a veteran at one of the other positions after the draft.
Or, they could draft another guy who can play both positions and find the best available free agent at one of the positions. That would be a great plan, especially when you have players like Jordan Morgan of Arizona, who has played both positions. I think the Raiders should take a look at him.
They would likely see that he could be an absolute steal if they did.
He has played guard but played 700 snaps at left tackle last season for the Arizona Wildcats. Morgan is interesting because he is very good at both positions but seems to get more attention as a tackle. Drafting Morgan would make sense for a few reasons, as he helps with the current OT issue.
Morgan had a total blocking grade of 84.3, a run-blocking grade of 77.0, and a pass-blocking grade of 87.3, per Pro Football Focus. His overall offensive-blocking grade (84.3) was fifth in the Pac-12. Morgan is better as a pass blocker but can get it done in the run game as well. Here are some of the strengths and weaknesses he has:

The Raiders will need to walk away from the 2024 NFL Draft with at least one offensive tackle or one offensive guard. Morgan would be an interesting player to look at if they do decide to do that.
